Hi
Thank you for your wonderful site. I have a friend who is just the most amazing person, she simply refused to give up on life! She did PD for 5 years, never got a single infection and developed a security band that allow people with PD freedom they did not have before.
She now wrote a book on “5 Simple Steps to doing PD successfully”. I am sure your readers would be interested in having a look.

I started dialysis in May of this year. I am currently doing the hemo through a catheter in my chest. I am not getting good dialysis according to my reports. I am having a cathether placed for P.D. on July 18. Any and all comments are welcome. I am hoping I will get better results as I will be doing dialysis eveyday. Is this just wishful thinking. I am really hoping this will work for me. Any one with a similar story? Looking forward to hearing from anybody…if you would like to email me, my email is tavz86@verizon.net
thanks
